It was her innocence that brought him to his knees. It might have seemed that he was a powerful man, in control, but her softness, naivety, and openness were far more powerful than his seemingly worldly savoir faire. Was it a cruel twist of fate or poetic justice that it turned out that it was him, Albert, who was afraid of taking the plunge. He – the man of so much confidence and bravado – was the one who was afraid of leaping into the unknown.

Her wonderful, sumptuous chestnut hair framed her lovely face, but still he trembled inside, knowing it was truly she, this green-eyed beauty he hardly knew, who was leading him into uncharted waters.

It was so unexpected, it had taken him by surprise.

But he had to admit he was the one who was awestruck, trembling on the brink. But how could it be? How could a man like Albert Giovanni end up here?

The first time he fucked her, that very night, that very first night, it had just been business as usual. The usual good fuck as he was wont to do. A fast, professional fuck where they both came hard and fast, giving satisfaction to both. And when it was done, he thought it was done. Over. Another fast fuck with another beautiful woman, as had been his way.

He rolled over in the big, low bed and sighed. Closed in upon himself. Self-satisfied. But then the strangest thing happened; it just did.

And he found himself, to his own great and everlasting surprise, turning slowly towards her again on that low bed of his. He was quite sure, quite positive in fact, that he was not doing the turning. It was as if the turning towards her was happening by itself. It was definitely not something he decided to do. Definitely not something he planned or even wanted… but it was happening anyway. And as it unfolded, he watched as he began to make love to Rachel again, slowly and gently this time.

‘Whatever am I doing?’ he thought, as he caressed her and heard her sigh. But things felt different when he touched her this time, he noticed; they just did. So he continued.

‘This is another kind of love-making,’ he thought. A kind of love-making he hadn’t tasted before. Because it felt different. It just did. It felt… somehow real. Yes, real. Like heartfelt or like… well he wasn’t quite sure how it felt because it was something he’d never actually felt before. So how could he know something he’d never known before. Never tasted before… But it was happening anyway. Despite himself. Regardless of himself. Regardless. It seemed to have its own life.

‘What’s going on?’ he thought as he felt the sea air change around him. ‘What is this…’ But it was beyond his control.

It was as if a great tide from a great ocean was coming thundering in and washing over him. Bringing with it, this mysterious sea change which was sweeping through his heart.

There was no denying it.

There was a wind coming up, a great powerful wind from somewhere, from somewhere unknown and far away, from some great depth that he had within him that he’d never experienced before.

So he stopped, even though he was deep inside her, and swept back her sumptuous chestnut hair and looked into those mysterious green eyes of hers. And when he looked, he was surprised to find she was actually there. Looking back at him, meeting him there where he was, not flinching, not wavering. Just there, fully present with him, a soft smile on her lips.

‘She’s actually here with me,’ he heard the words echoing inside his head. ‘She’s actually here… present… present… ‘

That was when he knew something profound was happening between them and he felt her open and allow him to reach her depths. He was quite unprepared for how it felt. Quite stunned. It was as if the wind was rushing in his ears, making his heart tremble. And he knew he’d been allowed to enter some sacred space, as an inexplicable unleashing of universal forces that were beyond his control took place.

Blogger and book reviewer Renee Giraldy gave “Good Pussy Bad Pussy” 5 Stars in her review on her blog and on Goodreads. Here’s what she wrote:

“This was a wildly created bunch of dysfunctional people too good to pass it up. This is how I felt: I felt like this was too real at times. I felt like I was sneaking a peak at Rachel’s diary. She was a strong woman. She went through so much in this book and I adored her more and more.

When it starts you know Rachel has left her husband and son in Amsterdam and she is in Nice with her lover Stefan. I get the feeling the author wants her very complacent and then awoken by Stefan. I liked him and I thought for a temporary fix he would serve his purpose. Then I meet Albert. I was DONE. I loved him. I knew as a mature man he was the lover and friend Rachel needed. She left anyways. I was sad for her.

I thought the things (AND by things I mean steam, lust greed and unusual sexual affairs) wasn’t wrapped up. Rachel was never filled up. She never got her dream of being carefree and loved emotionally like I know she deserved. BUT… She decided to go back to her husband. I say that the author has created a family of characters that each have a flaw, some greater and some so unbelievable that I found it hard to read.

It’s not for the faint. It is loaded with drama, relationships, decision making and sexual abuse. I felt bad seeing the end. I think the author did a great service with her unique storytelling. Bravo!”

Here’s what Darla Etienne Hogan wrote about “Good Pussy Bad Pussy” on Amazon when he gave the book 5 Stars:

“To start, I have to be honest, I did not to choose to read this book because it looked like something I would enjoy. I came across this book through a brief twitter contact. Putting that aside, what did I think about this piece of fiction? The storyline appears basic at first, a married woman, Rachel, who is bored with her marriage, abandons her husband and son for a blonde hunk, in a search for the indulgence of perfect orgasm. As a man, this story raised an uncomfortable feeling, from early stages in reading the novel. I initially felt this is a book written by a woman for a woman, but hold on. If a story invokes discomfort in its reader, then there is something thought provoking occurring in the mind of a reader.

The story held my attention and at times, I felt very distressed for the main character. This book is uncomfortable to read, but that is its strength, as we all have our flaws in so many different ways. Who is to judge, who is fit to judge who? This is not really an erotic book, though it has its moments, it is more deeply concerned with the conflicts we have balancing our primeval drives against socially acceptable norms. I have taken four weeks to reach a decision, as to whether I should award this work as a four star, or five star rating. It could be fine-tuned a little, promoting it into one of those pieces of work once read, never forgotten, but as it stands, it has provoked my thinking, created uncomfortable thoughts and raised the question, how much of this is fantasy, and how much is fact? I feel very comfortable in awarding it five stars.”

Here’s what reviewer TM Adams had to say about “Good Pussy Bad Pussy” on her blog For the Passion of Romance:

I’m always a little skeptical whenever I am to review an Erotica title and the same could certainly be said about Good Pussy Bad Pussy.

When I first started reading it I wasn’t sure that I would like it the book by the time that I finished it. Like with most Erotica titles it is important to keep an open mind not just as a reviewer but as a reader as well. By the time I finished the book I overly enjoyed it and was pleasantly surprised by the impressive writing flow of author Amy Aimee.

The message of the novel may not be reflected within the title itself but are in fact deeply present throughout the pages. The message is not something that society would tend to agree with nor would the idea be applauded had it not be a novel, but the message is something that we all are guilty of thinking about at least once in our lives and Rachel, the heroine is of no difference.

I wasn’t sure that upon meeting Rachel I was going to like her character. Rachel after all is a woman that has recently left her husband and her child behind in search of freedom, of life. I may not necessary agree with the decisions that Rachel made but the fact that she was brave enough to take such a plunge cannot be overlooked.

Within Rachel’s travels and her many lovers she soon discovers that life and love is not a matter of black and white. The standards set forth by an overage society matter little and it is the importance of who an individual’s inner soul truly is that truly matters. What I liked about most of the lovers that Rachel had was the fact that they all taught Rachel something about love and about life in the time that she spent with them.

This novel is a little deeper than most Erotica novels that I have read and I was quite pleased with the outcome. I really enjoyed how Aimee was able to set apart her own novel from that of the traits of typical Erotica novels. The character of Rachel is written with such depth that readers will laugh, cry and envy Rachel by the time that the book is finished.

Good Pussy Bad Pussy is not recommended for those that are not willing to keep open mind when reading novels. It is intended to be different and that is exactly what drew me into reviewing the title. The sensual scenes are Erotica though well written and I don’t think that any reader will be overly offended by the sexual content. Whether you are a reader with an open mind or perhaps those that tend to follow the aging standards one thing remains and that is the message of author Amy Aimee’s novel and I am greatly looking forward to reading more from Aimee in the future!

Jon Pressick at Sex-in-Words asked me why I wrote “Good Pussy Bad Pussy”.  I started my answer by saying:

I wanted to write about orgasm as a portal to ecstasy and the death of the ego. I wanted to write about how great sex is a portal into the flow state where we experience timeless awareness and the ecstatic feeling of being fully present in this now moment. I wanted to write about orgasm as the ultimate surrender which leads to the amazing blissfulness which each of us experience when we are finally, finally able to let go completely. And then I wanted to add to this an exploration of the conundrum that arises if we have reached this blissful state of complete surrender in and through situations (and/or with people) that we don’t particularly like or find acceptable.

And I also wanted to write about a woman who allowed herself to go beyond what is normally acceptable for married women and who discovered and experienced amazing orgasmic release in ways which both shocked and surprised her. In other words, a story about a woman who discovered that her body could respond in one way even if her mind was screaming something else. Hence the title – Good Pussy Bad Pussy!

Lisa Lawson writes:

“This book will captivate you intoxicate you and leave you wanting more!

Wow! Once you start reading this story you won’t want to put it down. I was totally captured by the main character’s struggle and fight with herself and her emotions.

I loved the way the writer broke the story down in sections. Made it a little easier to put it down but also it was like I could jump into that scenario so easily, as a kind of someone looking in at the different situations that evolved.

In terms of erotica it had a great level and an equal balance of hot action but the story backed it up perfectly.

Initially I felt no sympathy with the main character but about half way through I was nearly crying.

This is an amazing bedtime read. It will truly captivate you.”

How would it be to be unabashedly lovely and loving? How would it be? To really be that?

How would it be to be unequivocally and amazingly lovely and loving? To just amp it up and pull out all the stops? And be that amazing someone or something you already know you are (but probably never admitted)? And not be half-assed about it either but rather really let it out and fly.

It almost makes you blush just to think about it, doesn’t it? You without all your inhibitions. You without all your insecurities. You without being ground down by everyone’s expectations including your own. Just you – allowing you, allowing yourself, to be in contact with, feel and actually live the glorious life which is you, yours.

4 Star Review on Authors Alliance – by Rachael Orman

Rachael writes: The name of this book immediately made me say OOOOh I want to read that. I’m always in for a good steamy book. The synopsis sounded amazing too. But as I started reading, I realized this isn’t your typical naughty book. It has dark, tear jerking moments as we follow Rachel through her life.

It sucked me in and I just kept reading!

Good Pussy Bad Pussy review by Maplewolff (author John McGuin)

John writes:
An engaging tale about an intelligent young lady called Rachel, leaving the comfort of a humdrum marriage to explore pastures new. She soon finds that the new life has its ups and downs, both in the bedroom and the outside world.

As the title suggests, her decisions are often driven by desire. She discovers that love isn’t a black and white, take it or leave it situation. Satisfaction, both mental and physical can be found in unpredictable ways and places.

The heroine is a likeable girl who at times struggles to deal with the repercussions of her decisions. The gravity of her situation is explored well in the final few chapters and is an excellent page turner, with an unexpected finale.

Those seeking a rude read will enjoy the nicely written sensual scenes that occur frequently throughout the novel, sometimes alluringly descriptive, other times as simple as `we made love’. Never repetitive and definitely not pulp porn, Good Pussy Bad Pussy is a classily written erotic book. I look forward to more from this author. Recommended.”
